We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Breckenridge home. The management team was incredibly attentive and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was easy, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay.The location couldn’t have been better! Centrally located with breathtaking mountain views that never got old. The home itself was exceptionally well stocked, and CLEAN! Honestly, better than any VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, making it easy to feel right at home.We were especially impressed with how thoughtfully prepared the house was; ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, and paper products were provided for the entire stay, which is such a rare and appreciated touch.This was truly top-notch, 5-star service in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back!

Better Than the Pictures

This place was better than the pictures and unlike any VRBO we have ever rented. Fully stocked with all kitchen needs. The views were amazing with easy access to Breck and Copper. Everyone says they’ll come back and I am going to start checking availability for next year the same day we checked out.

1 Week Getaway to Breckenridge June 2025

Pro's & Con's: PROS: Great location; beautiful views from inside and outside of home; Kitchen well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils/dishes; comfortable beds; Hot tub was clean and spacious; Home was mostly as advertised; Excellent communications by RRR, very responsive and very helpful (scheduled Tide detergent to be delivered same day when I reported there wasn't any). CONS: Upstairs living room couches/chairs are aged, horribly uncomfortable; Dining room chairs not for sitting long term; Kitchen stove was finicky, had many troubles igniting burners; We were there from 6/14-6/21 and although outside temps were mild (75*-80* Highs) it was very hot and stuffy inside the home in the afternoons/evenings. No screens on windows so you can't open due to bugs. No ceiling fans. Only fans are standing fans which just blow the hot air around the room; Home listing via ABNB/VRBO advertise a 'fitness facility' with a Peloton, HOWEVER there is a sign on it that says 'Owner Use Only' (why include in pictures if not available?) Pond / Fountain was not working, so sitting water was beginning to breed mosquitos; It seemed as if guests (we) were not expected prior to our arrival as the lower level patio floor had dust and pebbles all over (wasn't swept) that stuck to your feet while getting into the hot tub; the outdoor furniture had not been brushed off from the winter months debris; lawn was very overgrown with tall dandelions; there was a small 2x4 or 2x6 board on the grass next to the gazebo that had 4 screws sticking straight up through the board at least a 1/2 inch that could have caused an injury if unnoticed; My only real other negative input re: RRR Management: in the rental agreement information, there are numerous 'warnings' against misuse of the home and potential fines/fees ($500 / $1000) if damages occur. I was nervous opening the blinds as they are old and seemingly fragile; I would consider staying here again but not for what we paid
