Enjoy the true Colorado mountain setting with this beautiful home. One of Colorado's 14ers, Mt. Quandary, is spectacularly framed in both the dining area and the large main level sitting area. This recently updated and meticulously maintained home featuring 2 bedrooms on the main level, 3 bedrooms on the lower level, all being king size beds and all having new flat screen TVs. Upstairs “Kidz Zone” features a foosball table, BIG flat screen TV for Netflix or Xbox. No home in the mountains would be complete without a hot tub; this brand new tub can accommodate up to 8. Whether it's winter or summer, this home is just a short drive to downtown Breck or the gondolas. This is a great home for family, friends, and even corporate groups. No matter what, everyone will enjoy this spectacular mountain home.

The property is beautiful and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was quite well stocked. (it would have been nice to have a knife sharpener.). We did a lot of cooking so really tested the kitchen. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved the view of Mt Quandary with our morning coffee. We had a few visitors...fox, moose, and small bear that was fun to see. We had troubles getting into the home, the property manager was quick to assist. Our family of 14 (Ages 1 to 70+) would come back again!

Accommodated large group very well. Loved that it had five bedrooms with king beds! The kid room accommodated 6 kids in a great way. We love the blue river location. We would definitely stay again!

Extra ordinary Service

Tons of extras available. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and washer games. The rental agency called the second day to see if we needed anything. Then came in the middle of the week to clean the hot tub and make sure the chemicals were okay! Never had such good service. And we saw a moose by the driveway! Excellent stay.

The house was good. Spacious and provided lots of room and amenities. Getting there was easy and getting in was easy. We did have some issues with the stove and microwave and the stove had to be taken out of commission. The house is lovely but could use a bit of TLC. Rugs need to be cleaned and the beds don't need that "extra" foam layer that was on the big beds. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. Only after we all took them off were we able to sleep comfortably.

We stayed in this wonderful house with family (16 total) for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, allowing for anyone who needs some space to get away. Also loved the upstairs with the kids/teen bunk room. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. A very easy 5-7 minute drive to Breckenridge and the roads were very well kept for us Southerners who aren't fond of driving in snow and ice. There's plenty of yard space to explore and build snowmen when off the slopes.

Everything thing was as advertised. We had a full house and very happy with our stay. The heating system is a little tricky. Some rooms were very hot at night and some very cold. For the hot rooms, you need to “crack”. Window and the cold ones, run a portable heater (furnished in the home). Kitchen is well equipped for big meals!

We had a terrific week in a great house. The location is very convenient to Breckinridge; and the house offers a lot of activities for children and teens, like foosball, ping pong, billiards, hot tub, and several TV’s. Internet signal was weak in some areas, and the kitchen is small for a house this size. But everything else was excellent.

The home worked well for my extended family of 14, which was comprised eight adults and six children. Kitchen area was compact but well equipped! The view was wonderful capturing the snow capped peaks.

Dinner club which is 5 couples come to Colorado each year. House was nice and we had a Momma Mouse and 2 babies visit us every evening. Only problem is one bedroom did not have a bathroom and no closet. Overall a great trip

Spectacular View Home!

Once a year our 5 children and grandchildren all get together for a weeks stay somewhere. This year we chose Breckenridge and this beautiful home! This home was perfect for all our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge plus! Nicely equipped kitchen and a wonderful downstairs game room where intense Uno and Monopoly games were played for hours! We even had two surprise visits from moose right in our front yard for a couple of days! Perfectly situated home just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, hiking trails and shopping. Thank for for sharing your lovely home with us!

Near trails, great for a large group

This home was great for our vacation of four families (8 adults, 6 kids). Plenty of space to spread out*. Beds are comfortable, hot tub was great after a 14er, recreation at the house during afternoon rain was good. The home is really close to Quandary Peak, McCullough Gulch, Crystal Lake, Hoosier Pass, etc. City Market is 12 min away..The only reason this home gets a small knock is the kitchen. It’s small and not well stocked. Plates, bowls, silverware and coffee cups were fine, but only a handful of drinking glasses, no scissors, incomplete measuring cups/spoons, etc. for a big family that cooks most meals, we were in each other’s way a lot.

This house is awesome. It is very comfortable. The furnishings are quality and in pristine condition. The location is the best. The house is loaded with fun stuff - pool table, ping pong, foosball, sleds, beer fridge. And they all got used with great enthusiasm. The kitchen was a joy to work in. Very well stocked with everything, including crock pots! The property managers are a joy to work with. They rolled with our schedule and reschedule due to COVID with total understanding.We are already talking about renting this place again for next year's trip. I have been doing an annual February vacation in Breck for the last 30 odd years and this is one of the best [BEST] rental experiences I have ever had. You cannot go wrong with this staying at this house or working with these people.

The house was perfect for our family of 13. The kids loft comfortably fit 5 of our grands, giving them their own play space. Each family of adults loved their king bedrooms and private space. We loved the deck space with the fantastic views. The rental company was very responsive when we had questions.Suggestions/Comments: The kitchen is a bit undersized for large groups (everyone wanted to be in the kitchen) but was well stocked. Eating areas are also a bit undersized for the size of the house, but the kiddos were flexible. We also suggest that an information notebook be available that lets us know how to operate the hot tub and fire pit and other things pertinent to the house. It would also be nice to include favorite activities (hikes, boating, biking, restaurants) around Breckenridge. Most of the other rentals we have used do this, often including discount cards.

Enjoyed a wonderful wintery Thanksgiving and 90th birthday celebration with family. All couples had a king size bed and bathroom, a master suite on both floors was great and Perfect for my nephew and his young family. Adult cousins and siblings were comfortable in the upstairs room with full-size bunks and trundle beds. Lots of fun playing add card games and ping pong in the heated garage. Pool table was great. Nice location outside of town, a short drive for a day of skiing, sledding and an afternoon shopping in town. Lots of good restaurants, but enjoyed cooking and snuggling in watching it snow. Lovely home. Would recommend it for big family’s or groups of friends ! Thank you

It is with great pleasure to be able to share our incredibly wonderful experience staying at this truly beautiful luxurious mountain home. Every part of this home was meticulously clean with the bathrooms abundantly stocked with fresh towels soft fresh linens on the ultra comfortable beds and the kitchens inventory of dishware and appliances was overwhelming. The accommodations and comfort level are second to none. The proximity between the bedrooms is designed to provide the maximum amount of privacy for every guest. Being that this is such a large triple level home each level has its own community area which allows different functions to carry on simultaneously while still enjoying the great experience of being together with everyone in your group. The views out of the front windows and front porch deck are breath taking and mesmerizing as you gaze out across the mountain ranges. Location is a near perfect balance of slight seclusion while within an hour of just about everything... and views are perfect, right under Mt. Quandary. Three floors, all with bedrooms, and a large open great + dining room allows everyone to spread out when needed, but also to gather comfortably together. We did find the kitchen quite tight as we really like to cook and prepare big meals. With that said, it was absolutely workable. The house is stocked with all the linens, tableware, cookware and utensils we possibly needed. And, as a nice bonus for the kids, there is a video game system upstairs with games included... but hopefully you'll be too busy exploring the Blue River Valley to ever turn it on.

Great property close to Breckenridge. We came as a group of 4 families with kids (17 people in total). The house was well-kept and we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets in the half bathroom clogging but the owner was responsive. Overall, really enjoyed our trip and we would definitely be interested in coming back

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time in this warm and welcoming Lodge and it's magnificent mountainous setting . Stunning view of Mt Quandary from the main living room! It's casual, comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere makes it perfect for family gatherings -- especially with the spacious, private rooms and bathrooms! There's something for everyone!...jacuzzi on the back porch, gas fire pit on the front porch, family game room with pool table, Kid's zone bunk room and playroom! It's just the right setting for having conversations and making memories with family and friends. Its easy access to Breckenridge and Frisco make it a great location-- a vacation destination worth revisiting many times!

We were 14 adults staying here for a strategic planning retreat. The house met all of our needs and far exceeded our expectations expectations. The setting is unbelievable and the house is very well equiped. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Timber Creek Retreat!

Such a great property! The views from this house are amazing. Drinking coffee every morning on the deck in 40 degree weather was a dream. We used every space in this home as well as the hot tub which was fabulous! The neighborhood is wonderful to walk or jog as well. This was our parents 50th Anniversary so we came in from all over . . . a truly memorable experience!

We traveled with family from Oklahoma to Breckenridge and had 10 adults staying in the home and we had more than enough room. We have stayed in Breckenridge and Keystone area many times but the Blue River location where the home was is our favorite location. You have the best view of Mt.Quandary right from the living room windows. We enjoyed all the amenities like the pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, and the foosball table. The last day we had two moose on our driveway area!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!
