For extra convenience and accessibility, use the newly installed elevator to move between the multi-level space. Luxury, privacy, and incredible mountain views make this the perfect spot to create memories on your next Colorado vacation.

Our family had a lovely weekend together. Enjoyed skiing, hot tub and playing games in this very nice home. Plenty of room for ourselves and adult children. The home seemed even larger than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen had everything we could have needed.

Family came together for my 70th. Plenty of room, baths en suite, & a lovely master BR/bath. Kitchen is amazing, so well-equipped. Living room was large enough for 8 to gather. Fireplaces & BBQ, hot tub, steam shower....all wonderful. Would stay again!

Stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The Aspen Grove Chalet is a great property. Clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked better than our kitchen at home. My wife loved the Wolf stove/oven and now wants one! The hot tub was great after hiking all day. Location was great with easy accessibility to Main Street. Due to weather, we ended up staying an extra day and River Ridge was very accomodating to work with.

We came to celebrate my 70th bday here, with our adult children and spouses. We had a lovely time, circled around the central fireplace, playing board games and making meals and drinks. Hot tub was a big hit! The master bedroom was amazing, as were the en-suites downstairs. Everyone commented on how well-equipped the kitchen was. The appliances are top of the line, lots of prep space, and plenty of dishes & cutlery. We were thrilled to call it home for a long weekend.

Great stay at this large home a short walk to town. Loved the hot tub and open kitchen. Lots of wildlife seen from its windows, fox and moose sightings daily. Highly recommend for a comfy family stay.

This house was perfect! Very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice that we were able to bring our two dogs with us. We will definitely stay here in the future. Communication was great, and they were kind enough to give us a slightly later checkout time. Would highly recommend.

Ideal property for our family weekend. Ages ranged from 2 - 76. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice walking path right outside. Property manager checked with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Aspen Grove Chalet was perfect in many ways. River Ridge Rentals was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and well stocked with amenities. The location was great. It was an easy drive to Main Street, close to the City Market grocery store, and had beautiful views of the mountains. It’s a direct drive down to the Gondolas and at the top of the street is a stop for the Breckenridge buses. When we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Corkscrew Flats for our annual Thanksgiving kickoff of the ski season. The property is beautiful, well maintained & appointed, and convenient relative to town and the resort. We opted to drive down to & park at the gondola each day we skied, but could have taken a 10 minute walk to the free shuttle just as easily. Overall, we all had a wonderful time! The hot tub was especially appreciated after a long day on the slopes, and we all had plenty of room to relax and rest as a group or alone. We'll keep this on our short list of homes to look at down the road for future trips!

This home is perfectly located within walking distance to town. Trail in the back of house. Beautiful and spread out inside--so having a family of 8 there was so comfortable. Multiple decks on main floor, patio, hot tub...We were there in the summer but would totally go back in winter. Great floor plan. Guests can all gather together and retreat to other spaces in the home. It is so peaceful. Very professional rental company.

Our experience with both Aspen Grove Chalet and the rental agency was wonderful! The cabin is modern, comfortable, roomy, and very well-appointed. The views from the cabin are amazing, right out of a winter wonderland book! We would not hesitate to book the cabin again. I was a very nice house and we took advantage of everything the house had to offer, hot tub and fire pit. However you’d better be ready to clear out at or before the check out time as the housekeepers were at the house a 1/2 hr early

Our family's stay at Aspen Grove Chalet was perfect. The grand kids enjoyed Foosball competitions, hot tub, and evenings at the fire pit. The rental was spacious, clean and well furnished. While the kids loved the downstairs area with its TV and access to outside, the adults enjoyed the numerous balconies, and a room that served as a temporary office. The Chalet was located on a quiet residential street but close enough to downtown Breckenridge for frequent trips into town for take out dinners. We had everything we needed for grilling out and serving family style dinners. The walking trail behind the house and the mountain views were great. We had one question regarding maintenance and use of the rental, the property management company was prompt, courteous, and professional. We would rent this home again.Thank you.

My family of 6 and 3 dogs had an awesome stay at Aspen Grove Chalet. The home was beautiful, a 15 minute walk to town and the best equipped/appointed place I have ever rented. We cooked 5 big meals and the kitchen was a pleasure. Biked to Frisco and did numerous hikes - altogether a tremendous family vacation. Hope ghly recommend this beautiful property. And great trails around the house for the dogs (including a great stream for swimming).

We had such a wonderful time at Aspen Grove. It was above and beyond our expectations. Every evening a little red fox would run past the back windows to the delight of all the kids. The house has everything you need and more. Wonderful open layout upstairs, hot tub was a hit after three full days of skiing and just a quick drive to main st. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Grove. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is completely stocked. More stocked than most rentals we’ve stayed in. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom and other than the bunk room, each room had a king size bed. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed very quickly and did not affect our stay at all. We loved the neighborhood and the hiking trail right behind the house. The Moose and foxes were a big highlight. The garage is heated and had plenty of room for all of our boots and skis. It also fit large vehicles with roof racks. We loved every bit of our stay and would consider staying again.

We traveled with 3 generations of family and found this house to be perfect for a needs! It has plenty of living spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is large and fully-appointed with every tool and appliance needed. All bedrooms are generously stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The hot tub is amazing and of course the location is perfect - a five minute drive to the Gondola parking lot for skiing. Property management is extremely responsive to any inquiries. We are repeat renters as this property is the perfect fit!

Great location. Beautiful home. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Open layout upstairs including large kitchen and living room. Easy 5 minute drive to Main St and maybe 7 minutes to F parking lot to meet at The Village for private lessons. Quick to answer all questions! We had such an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's on a quiet street just minutes from downtown. There is a trail that runs behind the house which was perfect for the kids to play and sled. They really enjoyed that. The house is spacious and very well equipped for cooking. There were also plenty of extra pillows and blankets, so everyone was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience during this trip. Very nice, spacious and comfortable home with picturesque neighborhood, small sledding area, and trails all right outside the home. Loved the amenities of the hot tub and the kitchen was most well stocked. Wish we could have used the fire pit :)

This house was amazing. Lots of open space. Beautiful wood interior. Kitchen well equiped and modern bathrooms. Beds not overly comfortable but ok. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of televisions but only 1 DVD player. Fireplaces were awesome and lots of comfy seating. Easy to drive to Main Street. Hot tub was great! We all had a great time.

We decided to take a last minute weekend getaway over MLK weekend. The rental process was quick and easy, and River Ridge was very helpful and great to work with. As for the property, WOW!!! Great layout and it was pet friendly so we were able to bring all the of the “kids”. We will be back and we will use River Ridge for our next Breckenridge vacation
