Breathe in the crisp mountain air from our deck. In the winter, watch the snow fall from the steaming private hot tub; in the summer, grill out or gather around the seasonal fire pit for s'mores and stories.
Logistics are a breeze: you are just a short drive (approx. 8–10 mins) to the Breck Gondola and downtown. You can also skip the parking fees by using the Free Summit Stage shuttle stop nearby, offering easy access to the mountain and town. We provide ample parking for your group, including garage access.

Wonderful home. 9 of us, 2 families including 3 teenaged boys that loved the pool table, shuffleboard and most of all the classic arcade games. Hot tub was great as well.

We enjoyed this home. Our party included 2 families, a total of 9 people. The “kids” (18 year old boys) enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board and especially the classic game tables. It was a constant competition every night to see who could get the highest Pac-Man score (against us parents). We would highly recommend this home and would stay there again.

Absolutely everything we needed was provided—and then some.The chalet is spacious, beautifully appointed, and impeccably clean. The layout worked perfectly for our group, offering plenty of room to gather together while still having private spaces to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware and essentials, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and the common areas were warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day in Breckenridge.The location is ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to town and activities that nothing ever felt like a hassle. Plenty of space for everyone with lots of entertainment available. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. At the end of the street so very quiet and no traffic. Perfect for kids to safely play out front. Excellent communication with mgmt. company.We will definitely stay here again!

Blissful get-away property

The pictures do not do this place justice. We had an excellent weekend with family and our dog. Its tucked in the hills above Breck on a regularly maintined road in a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the ski runs across the valley. You def need awd/4wd in winter for this property. The layout, space, furnishings, kitchen and amenities are perfect for a family or friends getaway. Four, king-bed rooms and one multi-bunk room. We loved the game room downstairs, and the hot tub too, of course. It was great to come to a nice home, bring our dog (who was on her best behavior, not allowed on furniture, etc), and spend time with our grown kids. We treated it as we would have our own home. I would have liked to know how to turn down the ambient heat in the main floor bedroom's bathroom, that's the only thing I would like to see in the guest manual next time. Owners, sorry *we left our trash in the house, I didn't see the clarifying garage sign abt emptying the trash in the garage trash cans until we were pulling away and the garage door was closing. I did let your pmc know, tho, and they said no problem. Your pmc was friendly and professional, btw.

The home was a perfect fit for our fun summer family getaway to the mountains. It was close to everything, yet tucked away in a very quiet, private area. The town of Breckenridge was so enjoyable, hiking nearby was perfect, and we utilized the recreation center nearby for great pickleball play. The house was furnished perfectly for a family with everything needed to cook and lounge, and with so many recreational games that kept us busy in our downtime. The view in the family room area was so beautiful with views of the mountains. The fire pit and hot tub were private and nice. Very safe area with no noise. We enjoyed it in every way!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It is right near many biking/hiking trails so no need to load the bikes and drive anywhere. After a busy day relaxing in the living room and staring out at the mountains was dreamy. The basement was a great place to hand out with the family as it had multiple games for all to enjoy. The rental management company was extremely responsive and full of very nice people.

Baldy Ridge Chalet was the perfect home for our family! We had 2 teenagers and a bunch of adult/kids who enjoyed every aspect of the home. The location and views of the mountain were spectacular - watching the sun set and rise and the changes in weather were amazing. The house is outfitted with everything you could ask for, the beds very comfortable, ample parking - we had 3 cars, clean, beautifully decorated - could not have asked for a better home away from home for our family. AND River Ridge Rentals was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had! Many, many thanks!!!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely home over Thanksgiving. 6 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs…..plenty of room for all. The game room was enjoyed by kids and adults! Response by property management was top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. Great place for a large family or friends gathering. Large spacious house, well appointed, and clean and well maintained. The entertainment room was an excellent extra not found in many rental facilities. Cost to rent was high, but it also was a “A+” property.

We had a wonderful time at the property in Breckenridge! We had a group of 9 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was beautiful and clean and only about a 7-10 minute drive into town. Communication was also fantastic. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our 3-family group of 11 to enjoy adventures this area offers like hiking, rafting and zip lining. Better than hoped for with a picture-perfect view out every window. Plenty of room for each family to have their own space while easily accommodating the large group in living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the game room for all ages. Beautiful property with hot tub, fire pit and large gas grill. Well furnished. Prepare to make forever memories here.

This beautiful property was perfect for our family of 11 - 3 couples, 3 teens and 2 pre-teens. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space yet perfect for our large group accommodations in living, dining and kitchen as well as the bonus game room for kids of all ages. The hot tub, fire pit and large gas grill were also popular. This property was all we hoped for and more. It’s true - there’s a picture postcard out window. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the nearby McCullogh Gulch Trail with its waterfalls, white water rafting in the Blue River, zip lining near Buena Vista as well as taking in the gondola and festive activities in Breckenridge and its surrounding communities.

Our family hadn't seen each other in a few years and this was the perfect house for us to connect and catch up. The kitchen and living room were perfect for cooking and playing games. It was also so nice that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. So after a long day of hiking and outdoor activities folks could get some quiet time in their own rooms. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it was still a short drive to town. The views from the house were amazing! It was such a nice contrast from our busy lives. The communication from the hosts was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

This house was perfect for a multi generation reunion. The hiking trails close to the house made for easy access, one trail even went to town. The kitchen was very well equipped for our nightly meals. Many in our group enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We had a great week!

I have rented in the area for several years now. This is one of the best experiences. Reason being, many rental companies will just do the minimum regarding maintenance on a property. This property was extremely well maintained and stocked. This is especially remarkable given this is a pet friendly property. Their app made the check in/out process painless and their contact number for 24 hour needs was predominantly displayed and communicated.

The house was great. We loved the game room and the views and the quiet. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 10 of us. The owners had a brand new refrigerator installed right before we arrived and unfortunately it wasn't working. I let them know and a property manager came over right away to look at it. He brought us some ice but the new appliance was just not working. Luckily there was a fully operating refrigerator in the garage and we used that for our stay. They were very accommodating to us and I would highly recommend this home.

View cannot be beat! Lovely home & lots of space for our group of 14. As RR Rentals indicated, you must have 4 wheel drive or chains to access if snow on road. Easy drive to mountain. Did not try shuttle. Game room super fun for evening. Home has everything you need for comfortable stay.

First time our family has gathered together since Covid 19....almost 2 years! Home met all our needs. Children enjoyed playing and exploring wooded area around home. Game room was a hit for all. Hot tub was used every day and fire pit was a fun gathering spot for smores and viewing the neighborhood fox! Had one issue with frame of master bed which was handled promptly. House was spacious and perfect for a large family gathering. Property management company was always quick to respond . I have owned a mountain home for 34 years in Steamboat and this was the best service. You can hike right outside the door and mountain bike. The towels and linens are NOT high end.. Walmart quality at best and worn thin. Bring your own sheets! We were there for 3 weeks and so I scheduled a mid stay clean. Management makes you go through Key Concierge..,, $340 and they left dishes in the sink and didn’t clean the master bath. They did refund me all but $40. I would rent again and bring my own sheets.

The fabulous views are a great way to both wake up in the morning and wind down in the evening. The 3 master bedrooms made sleeping arrangements nice. Beds were quite comfortable. We were grateful for the main-floor master. Kitchen was more stocked that we expected. We also enjoyed the game room.

We had a great time. Due to covid and winter storm that hit one of the days we didn’t do many activities but we still had amazing time. The house was perfect for our group of teenagers, young adults and parents. We enjoyed the large fully stocked kitchen for making great meals and snacks, playing cards and games at the big table and lounging in family room watching sports. Everyone had their space when they wanted it but we also had plenty of room for group activities.

Loved this house. View especially at sunrise is beautiful. The open kitchen and dining is great for group cooking and dining. The kids loved the downstairs game room. Hard to beat the views from the decks and windows. Plenty of space for two families of a total of 10 people. Game room was a great way to relax and hangout each evening. Location was convenient to town and many running, biking and hiking trails. Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals and to be comfortable away from home. Hard to beat the views from the decks and windows. Plenty of space for two families of a total of 10 people. Game room was a great way to relax and hangout each evening. Location was convenient to town and many running, biking and hiking trails. Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals and to be comfortable away from home. We all wished we could stay another week.

Everything was as advertised! Me and a group of buddies came to Breck for a weekend getaway and decide to secure this house for the stay! Not one complaint from the group! The views were amazing and one of the neighbors told us about a hiking trail close which took up to Baldy Hill lookout which was a hiking Jr of our trip. The bedrooms were cozy and the game room was a hit! Sitting by the large gas fireplace in the main living room was our favorite part of the house! Def recommend if your looking for a nice home away from home!

This was an awesome trip, the facility was perfect. Probably the most well stocked rental that we have ever stayed in Breckinridge. It was a special time with my mother in law 84th birthday. Highly recommend this place.

This was my Mother n Laws 84th Birthday so we wanted them to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. The house was perfect, very well appointed, stocked with everything you need and the most gorgeous views in the area. I have to say, my wife and I stayed in the downstairs master and the bed was so comfortable. This is definitely a place to put on your list as a comeback stay.

We had such a great time! There were 8 adults, and everyone had their own king bed and bathroom! We loved the back porch, the hot tub, and the game room! I am now a master shuffleboard player, and I beat my son in pool twice! Highly recommend!

Great home overlooking breckenridge resort. Easy bus ride to the slopes. The home is hidden in the trees on a hill so has good privacy. Good for large groups or multi family. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I hosted our 2 sons, their wives and our 20 month old grandchild at Baldy Ridge Chalet for a week.The trip was perfect. The Chalet had more than enough room to accommodate our family while allowing us to have quiet places to read, nap a child or just take in the view of Breck.

This home was absolutely beautiful from the top floor to the bottom! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! We had multiple towels, robes, pillows, shampoos, etc...The view off the back patio was breathtaking! We received a call halfway through our stay to be sure it met our standards. I took my daughter up for her bachelorette party so the room layouts were so accommodating! We would stay here again and again.

Baldy Ridge Chalet offered all the necessities and plenty of extras for our family as we spent 4 nights mostly cooped up enjoying the home during a beautiful but unexpected May snowstorm. The classic video game console is a really unique touch! The views are spectacular and the home/bedding arrangement was very comfortable for 9 adults (4 couples and one single). Would definitely recommend!

Baldy Ridge Chalet met all of our expectations. The house was well furnished and extremely comfortable. Everything was in good working condition (which isn't always the case with rentals), and coordinating early check in and departure was seamless. The view of Breck and surrounding range was exceptional! We would definitely go back

2nd time renting a home with River Ridge Rentals... House turned out to be great for our multi-gen large group. The house was close to town and situated up in a nice area with only a few other similar large homes around. We loved the open Living room with the many windows and views.. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Large master bath with a nice large jetted tub. Great game room downstairs where the younger crowd hung out. Hot tub was convenient right outside the door.. The Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking quite a few meals. Driveway was a hit for snowboarding and sledding down...Would love to comeback in the summer to this home..

We rented this lovely home over Christmas. So beautiful and luxurious. Plenty of space for our eleven 15-80 year olds. The men loved the pool table/game room. Great that the owners added a sofa down there! Kitchen needs a utensil restock and the oven cooks hot but still had a great time. Favorite memories-listening to Christmas songs and watching the snow fall outside the huge picture window. Hot tubbing with huge fat snowflakes falling from the heavens.

We came to Breckenridge in early November and decided to stay at the Baldy Ridge property. It was the best decision we could had made! The house is perfect for large groups, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you cooking essentials, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a game room with a pool table, shuffle board, pac man, and plenty of board games. Has much fun as the house provides, the best thing about it is by far the view. We got there at night and it was so special to wake up to full views of the snow covered mountains. The house is about a 7 minute drive to town and while the roads are plowed it would probably be best to get a 4WD or AWD car. We cant recommend this house enough and we are excited to visit again over the summer.

We had 4 generations at the house and it met everyone's expectations! The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids and adults. The hot tub was clean and it looks like the owner is having new steps installed. The kitchen was well-appointed and all electric items worked perfectly. The house has stunning views and was clean and comfortable. We loved our time there and felt if there had been a problem, the management team would have dealt with it promptly. Great communication for arrival and departure procedures too.

Our overall experience with the house and management company was top notch. The house was perfect for 2 families of 4 with small children (5,5,2,2) and a sitter. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax for the adults and let the kids enjoy the playroom. The house had everything we needed to cook and clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or with the management company. My feedback to the owner/management to improve the experience would be to remove the foosball table as it sits up against a wall and takes up space to walk to the bedroom. We had to drape towels over the handles as one of the children smacked their head on it walking by. Watch out for renters with dogs. It's apparent many of them are not picking up after their pets and getting to the hot tub can be an exercise in hop scotch.
