The richly appointed gourmet kitchen with eat-in bar is a chef’s dream, and the grand natural wood dining table with seating for ten nestled beside the fireplace ensure every meal will be a culinary delight. Richly appointed living spaces on five levels, proximity to ski area access and shuttle service, and majestic forest scenery all make for an unforgettably perfect stay.

Amenities offered by Bear Tracks Lodge include flat screen Smart TVs; a private outdoor hot tub; fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker; stone surround gas fireplace; rich leather furnishings; outdoor gas grill; and full-size washer and dryer. Had a fantastic stay! Ski access was great, just a short ski down to the trail and easy, short walk back at the end of the day. House was great for multiple families and had plenty to do for all ages. Very short drive to Breck town. Would rent again for sure.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes from peak 8 and main Street. Clean, cozy, stocked kitchen. Great amenities. Utilized the pool table, hot tub and theatre. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The house layout is perfect for a large family gathering. The multiple levels allow for each sub-family to have their own space to relax with several large areas to gather. We enjoyed the theatre room, steam room, and hot tub everyday. The home is large yet very comfortable and cozy. The ski in - ski out feature was terrific to allow for skiers to come and go easily. We will return if available.

We had an absolutely wonderful time as a big family enjoying time together. There were five family groups and each had their own suite and private area. There was a great bunkroom and recreational area for the children. The kitchen and living space was perfect-well equipped and comfortable. We look forward to returning next year!

Large house easily accommodated several families. Plenty of space, and the kids loved the pool table and home theatre. The home is beautiful and well well appointed. Short walk to 4 O’Clock run allowed everyone to head out to the slopes and return when they wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home, very clean on arrival. There were 6 adults, 2 17 year olds and 5 grade school kids. We all fit VERY comfortably. The rental management is very responsive and even has a text line that is super easy and efficient. There is a very nice home theater in the basement and a whole house audio system that is top of the line. My only suggestion is a laminated instruction sheet on use of the system. thank you for a great week!

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space! Games & toys for the kids, pool table for the tween/teens, and a hot tub for the adults. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The large dining table worked well for eating together & family games, too. We were disappointed the projector was not working during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy a family movie night, but the management company was quick to offer a fair reimbursement to our stay since the part for the projector would not arrive before we departed. They were very responsive with any questions/concerns we had. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!

The property exceeded our expectations on every front. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the house itself was exactly as described. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home for the duration of the vacation. The location was absolutely perfect with the ski-in/out feature and it took only minutes to drive into town to sample the various restaurants and shops.
