From start to finish this rental was perfect! River ridge rentals emailedMe about 5 days before my stay with check in information. The house was fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, towels and hot tub towels! It was perfectly clean! All of the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our girls week! It comfortably housed 7 women. If you’ve ever been to breck you know parking is hot commodity and this house offered three spots which was incredible! We were able to fit our wagoneer in the driveway no problem! We also received text messages from river ridge to make sure everything was going well!! Truly loved this house and the rental company! Could not have asked for better! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time. The house has great location, is all around clean, organized and perfectly suited for vacations. I cooked breakfast for families, so really appreciated having all the pots and pans. And that green pan skillet is awesome for eggs. One of the nicest little details are windows in the master bedroom. The night views were spectacular around holidays. We had 3-4 big dinners in the house, 2-3 dives into the hot-tubs. What can I say? It was all around great experience. Breck is so cute at holiday time. Thank you for being thoughtful and taking great care of rentals!!

Perfect Fall getaway

The property was excellent in just about every way. 5ish minute walk into town but far enough away to not feel right on the strip. Communication was great and they accommodated for a early and late check out as well. The only thing i would recommend for the house would be humidifiers as the mountain air is very dry. Would come back anytime as it was a perfect fall get away to see the changing colors and take in the town. Thank you again, hope to be back soon!

So convenient to downtown Breckenridge and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Went to the farmers market on Sunday and that was great also.

This place is a few blocks from town and so worth it. The house was well stocked with appliances, dishsoap, paper towels, toilet paper, loads of towels, etc. Which is unheard on when renting a house. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a cozy house for us to utilize as a launch pad for exploring the town of Breckenridge, with just a short walk to Main St, and for lounging around. The house is fully equipped with plenty of comfortable beds - perfect for our small family looking to relax for a long weekend.

This is a little gem! We had everything we needed. It was just as updated and comfy as advertised. Location is super convenient - literally a few blocks walking to great Breck restaurants, shops, ski bus right to the gondola, and evening walks. Last year we stayed right on Main and this year truly enjoyed the quiet found just a few blocks up. The hot tub was a soaking treat after a day of skiing and plenty big for 4 adults. We especially appreciated the one car garage with extra driveway spot! Thank you!!

Every day we were there we were amazed by the professionalism, quality, and thoughtfulness of every part of our stay. Even down to the small touches like making the door keypad and the garage code the same, and logical for us to remember. Gifts like Peppermint Bark, Hot Coco, and enough great coffee for our stay went a long way. This was our first family vacation in a VERY long time. Location was superb just a few blocks from downtown and easy access to skiing. Property was not just clean but it was nice...made us want to buy a house in Breck. Though we realized we don't need to with such an amazing service at a great price. We will be back...soon

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 kids and my mom. It was well furnished with nice finishes. It was stocked with plenty of essentials like paper towels and cleaning supplies and even shower gel and shampoo. Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

This house is a great! Location is close to everything, we walked everywhere during our weekend stay, gondola-shopping-restaurants-brewery. House was very clean, fully equipped kitchen + had coffee/tea and ice. Garage access to dump snow gear. Beds were all super comfortable. Hot Tub was a nice bonus to relax in after skiing/boarding! Awesome Easy communication with host, even took our call to help us figure out the fireplace. Without a doubt would tell others to book this house

This house is great! Extremely clean:) Location was perfect, we walked everywhere; restaurants, Main St shopping, gondola, rentals etc. Kitchen is fully equipped including coffee/tea & ice. Beds were all very comfortable. Hot Tub was awesome after a long day of skiing/boarding. Appreciated the easy access to the garage to dump snow gear before entering the house. Host communicated well and took our phone call asking how to operate the fireplace. Without a doubt would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Breck!

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful mountain home. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults. The hot tub was fantastic and easy to access. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants the perfect location in Breckinridge.

Staying at the High Street Retreat was such a delight! The house is exactly as it is in the photos online. Great location to walk to Main Street, the park for sledding, the stores and shops. A great house in a great location. It is about 3 blocks from Downtown Breck. The house has been remodeled and is in great shape. Everything you need is there to have a comfy trip. Both full baths are upstairs, with a half bath down. Plenty of space for a large group.

We loved the location and the house was super clean, just as pictured. The agency could not be any more helpful. They even sent text messages asking if we needed anything and would respond really quickly with any questions. The ONLY thing I would have wanted to know that I could not tell from the pictures online was that the downstairs bedroom only had a half bath beside it. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a full bath. So the people staying in the downstairs bedroom had to hike it upstairs to shower. Other than that, the house was great, central to all restaurants and couldn’t have been better. The hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived which the kids loved! I would stay there again no doubt!

We loved the location and the house was super clean, just as pictured. The agency could not be any more helpful. They even sent text messages asking if we needed anything and would respond really quickly with any questions. The ONLY thing I would have wanted to know that I could not tell from the pictures online was that the downstairs bedroom only had a half bath beside it. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a full bath. So the people staying in the downstairs bedroom had to hike it upstairs to shower. Other than that, the house was great, central to all restaurants and couldn’t have been better. The hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived which the kids loved! I would stay there again no doubt!

Our family of five adults were very happy and comfortable at this property. It was well maintained, clean with a great kitchen to cook in. Then linens and pillows were very comfortable, which is a big deal for me. We made use of the hot tub which was nice after a long day of skiing and had an amazing visit from a very friendly fox (we kept our distance). When we needed laundry soap, I sent a text and it was delivered a short time later. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property to everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect space for our group

Such a great place for our group of seven! All the extras were there in this updated, homey but spacious home a few blocks off Main St. Superb communication and ease of access to the home. Its 2 blocks from the shuttle, so if you have Littles with ski equipment, it may be too far a walk. We had a car so it was no problem and our teens walked it without a problem. :)

Cozy comfortable home away from home

We had a great time at this rental. The kitchen was well stocked with new high end appointments. The wood burning stove like gas fireplace was warm and welcome after a cold day of skiing- as was the clean and warm hot tub. Comfortable furniture and beds as well as a nice big flat screen made tv watching enjoyable too!

This comfortable house is nicely appointed and has a well equipped kitchen. Having a heated garage was a real plus. We have always stayed on the mountain when visiting and this location was a nice change because of its proximity to the downtown attractions. One of our daily activities was a walk to the dog park at the end of High Street. There are many happy dogs cavorting each evening. The same park has a sledding hill and a trail head for the extensive Breckenridge open space trails (maps available at breckenridgerecreation.com). The proximity of these urban trails to the house was a real plus and we walked them daily. We would definitely stay at the High Street Retreat again.

We are familiar with Breckenridge and have always stayed on the mountain when we visit in winter and summer. This September trip we decided to stay downtown for a change. We're glad we did and we're glad the High Street Retreat was available. High Street is quiet even though it is downtown. We appreciated the fact that the house was 100% as described. The house is nicely furnished with an attention to guest's needs. We will definitely book another stay at HSR.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. The set up is great. We have many kids and we didn't feel cramped at all. The kids loved this place. It was close enough to walk to town or grab the bus to get to the mountain for snowboarding, and really close to the sledding hill.

Great little rental with short walk to shops and restaurants. Heated garage a nice surprise. Recently fully renovated. Value to price ratio is excellent. Short drive to gondola or base parking. Not walkable to gondola. Great fireplace in dining! Needs an area/hooks/shelves for boots and jackets upon entering home. Rental company very responsive and professional.
