Truly, my favorite house in Breckenridge. We’ve stayed An iron Eagle approximately three or four times now and it never gets old. It almost feels like our home away from home. This place is stunningly designed, clean, and the management staff is second to none. We will always check with this property on our quarterly trips to Breckenridge.

Overall we loved the house! You cannot beat the location and views. We did notice a few things could be updated. The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.

This house was perfect for our group. Was luxurious enough for the adults to feel like they were on vacation but laid out simple enough to let the kids roam without worrying about them. Beautiful location on the golf course yet still close enough drive to Main street. Check in process worked flawlessly. Overall very pleased!

We had a fantastic week in Breckenridge as a family - when the weather turned out to include more rain and cold than anticipated - we were happy to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Movie nights, hot tub, game tables, beautiful views and a fantastic kitchen made for some great family time even without heading out. Communication was easy as was check-in and checkout due to texting and app options. They were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Hope to return again sometime!

Hosted our annual fantasy football draft/golf weekend at this amazing property, and it was awesome! The house was as described, and easily accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The location was perfect as it was basically on Breckenridge Golf Club which was one of the courses we played and provided amazing views. The kitchen was actually stocked with everything we needed for food prep and cooking which was amazing. Would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area!

What a wonderful home! We had four families meet up for a ski week and it was fabulous. It was the first time that we all felt like there was plenty of room for adults and kids. The location was just close enough to town for getting the lifts, dining and spa, but with a little solitude. Some SMALL items I would suggest. Invest in additional glassware. We had to run the dish multiple times a day to have enough glassware for everyone. Some of the walls could use a wipe down. I am sure this is just normal wear on a rental.

We had an incredible time for my husbands 40th birthday! The house had everything we needed to accommodate us and our guests. the fireplaces, the hot tub, the steam shower, the king size comfortable beds and especially how close it was to all of the activities we wanted to do. Outstanding experience. The home is gorgeous and offered everything included on the website. The kitchen/living space is perfect for gathering the family to make incredible meals. The views in the evening and early morning were beautiful. The space was much more than we needed, yet we did our best to enjoy all the home had to offer. Very impressed with all interactions with management River Ridge Rentals. They promptly answered any questions prior to booking. They graciously allowed an early check in. They had someone come out the same day I contacted them to report fire pit would not start and replaced propane tank. The property itself was beautiful inside and out with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub and fire pit were popular amenities enjoyed by my family.

My husband and I stayed here for about a week and a half and we have nothing negative to say about our stay. Really enjoyed our stay at Iron Eagle Landing. It's a beautiful home in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. Large dining table to fit the whole group. This property was amazing. We consider ourselves frequent renters and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, most well equipped property we have stayed at. We had so much fun. The house was stunning. So much space to enjoy our friends and family. We took full use of the pool table and shuffle board table! Many late nights playing games and sitting by the fire place. I would love to go back if we can get a group together again. The VIEWS were also stunning!! The dinning room views were just incredible

Iron Eagle is an amazing property right on Breckenridge Golf Course...we had three families have a wonderful time over the 4th. Only issue that arose was a hot tub malfunction and the staff at River Ridge Rentals resolved the issue quickly!

Our experience was great with this property. It was our first time using Vrbo and had great success. This property was exactly as pictured. Super clean, huge, and in a awesome neighborhood. It’s not ski in ski out, but I think that was a positive. It was very private and quiet and had an amazing view of the mountains. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again

House is updated, management great customer service no hassles, large windows brings the outdoors in, bedrooms are accommodating, comfortable, balconies on every floor, everything you need to relax , they allowed early check in, due to flight change, location is perfect not far from town, master restroom is amazing, will definitely will return.

This house is so beautiful and full of life. Everything you need is right here at the house. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise and the neighbors are so friendly. Every bedroom has a bathroom and everyone enjoyed their privacy. The house is large enough to accommodate 7 people and we weren’t all on top of each other.

This was one of the most beautiful and well equipped homes we have ever stayed in. It had everything our party of 7 could have needed and more. Everyone had plenty of space. We prepared meals every morning and evening in the awesome kitchen. It has top of the line appliances and every gadget anyone would need to prepare a meal for a large group. The home is beautifully decorated and the views are outstanding. Also on a positive note it is below 10k feet which made sleeping much more comfortable.

this property was a 5 star and so was the service with River Ridge. Everything is functioning great, and was able to accommodate two families without a problem. Also we cooked pretty much everyday, and the kitchen proved to have everything needed.

Hands Down this is an AWESOME HOUSE! The multiple master bedrooms were great. Huge Kitchen Space (We cooked almost every meal). Lots of patio space. Everything was thought of. WE LOVED EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOUSE! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Breck...(plus its on the golf course)
