Description

Sleek and sophisticated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse is located on the 5th and top story of One Ski Hill Place. The luxury accommodations boast a refined interior styled with wood floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, richly appointed furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, snuggling by the fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the spacious private deck.

Guests have full use of One Ski Hill Place’s year-round amenities including indoor adult and kids’ swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, sauna and steam room, fitness center, bowling alley, and media rooms. The resort is positioned at the base of Peak 8 providing easy ski-in/ski-out convenience plus access to the other peaks, the BreckConnect Gondola, and downtown. Quickly walk to the penthouse after a long day of skiing or stop for a bite at TBar, the mountain’s après hot spot. (Note: on-site amenities are subject to close during off seasons.) A free shuttle offering service to all destination points in Breckenridge is also available.

Wonderful. Perfect. True ski-in / ski-out. Loved the ski valet service. As the season-long pack mule for a family of 5 the ski valet service felt very decadent, but oh so awesome to simply boot up, walk out, and have my skis at the ready and steps from a lift. The unit was perfect. Comfortable beds, gracious spaces, and for once a kitchen that had everything. Views are amazing, loved the balcony, fireplace was great.Wish the outdoor hot tub was available, but these things happen, and the indoor pool, hot tub, and spas were awesome. I mean, really, how cool to hang in a hot tub and watch the snow cats trundle by as they groomed for the next day.Heated parking might sound unnecessary, but oh so nice to get in a warm and clean car when running into town. I think my Jeep got a little spoiled.Concierge was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our party was a family of 5, with kids ages 15, 13, and 10. We're not fussy, at all. But it was soooo nice to be able to take a break, and if the younger kids were done for the day, to be able to leave them playing Monopoly by the fireplace while the rest of us skied our faces off on Peak 7.Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy. As an IT and systems guy I'm picky. I can't remember any pain points. Very smooth.Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Exceptional! Easy check in, the condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, great views. The property had a full working restaurant (breakfast & room service), and right next to the gondola that was open all day. The penthouse offered high ceilings, which opened up the condo nicely! We will definitely book here again!

This is an amazing two bedroom unit that provided a ton of space for everything that we needed. The deck looks out over the valley and downtown Breckenridge. Check in was a breeze and being able to walk directly to the unit and go in was great. The location on Peak 8 also provided immediate access to hiking and the Epic Discovery Adventure opportunities which was a definite perk. Also, the gondola directly to downtown Breckenridge is right there too so getting downtown without driving and having to work to get a parking sport is EASY. We found the front desk staff to be extremely polite, friendly and wanting to help in anyway they could. You can reserve media rooms and/or the bowling alley up to 1.5 days ahead of time. We took advantage of both and the family had a blast. The restaurant in One Ski Hill was only serving a very limited menu so keep that in mind. There are other food options including Sevens (right up the hill) which we found. We had our family of our twins (age 6) and son (age 13) and they had a ton of stuff to do at the peak in addition to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We are definitely looking at when we can come back as this is a great place to have a vacation!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the One Ski Hill Penthouse. It was great to have the gondola to take into town just steps from the condo. The indoor pools and hot tubs were great. The outdoor hot tub was closed during our stay which was a bit of a disappointment. We rented skis right next to the condo at Breck Sports, they were very helpful. Had a great dinner at breckenridge brewery and used the One Ski Hill shuttle to get there. The guys driving the shuttle were great. We took advantage of the bowling which was fun. We did have issues with hot water in the showers and the fireplace turning off. There were so many spices, pots and pans, etc to cook with which was great! Laundry supplies also provided. We used instacart to have groceries delivered right to the room from City Market. Had some issues acclimating to the elevation, the guys in the lobby got us connected with an oxygen rental company and it helped SO much. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breck! One of our favorite trips yet.

one ski hill penthouse was nice but booking through Key meant we weren't allowed to use the amenities of the Condo. We were told we didn't book through them so our names weren't on the Condo rental!! Would stay there again but wouldn't book with Key!!

We were blown away by the rental. The pictures did not do it justice and completely exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite large, the kitchen was open to the living area and looked out the huge windows at downtown Breckenridge. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the mountain view. The unit was extremely clean and up to date and the property management made sure to follow up to see if we needed anything which we did not. We can't wait to go back and have already recommended One Ski Hill to friends. With its' location right at Peak 8, we had walk out access to the Epic Discovery Adventures, hiking trails and the gondola directly to downtown Breckenridge. We all loved the Epic Discovery and hiking plus the kids enjoyed the bowling, swimming pool and media room experiences. These are definitely ones to do.

I loved staying at the Ski Hill penthouse. My brother came out and stayed in the extra bedroom. The steam shower was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking and fishing the nearby mountains.. Extremely convenient heated garage and private lockers right by the slope, so easy to grab/drop-off items. Car & ski valet will even take care of everything if you like. Condo (#8514) was well equipped with great kitchen. Steam sauna in shower was a great suprise.

Perfect slopeside location at Breckenridge.There were some minor maintenance issues with the property, (hot water only ran room temperature, one TV malfunctioning, small leak from washing machine) but nothing that detracted from the trip. The management company was responsive to our calls. Overall, it was a good stay.

Lovely escape for two couples

The Penthouse provided a perfect venue for two couples as we each had our own suite and shared the common living area and a beautiful deck with gorgeous views of the mountain range. It provides all the amenities of a luxury resort and easy access via gondola or shuttle to downtown Breckenridge.

We really liked having a separate room for the 3 of us. The condo is beautiful and faces the sunrise and moon rise at night. Coffee and newspapers are in the lobby and I could start my day running up a mountain before the rest of the crew even woke up. The condo is away from the busy town but easily accessible with a free gondola or bus. We loved it and we will come back.

We had a great time at One Ski Hill. The location & ski valets are worth their weight in gold. The condo is very nice and had everything we needed.

We always enjoy returning to One Ski Hill year after year. But it was our first time using VRBO. Our reservation and check in process was a breeze. Looking forward to returning back here again.
