Located in the prestigious Highlands at Breckenridge neighborhood, this charming log cabin home is nestled in a private wooded setting on 1.5 acres. The massive deck with gas fire pit has great views of the mountains and the Breckenridge ski slope. Below the deck you will find the new bocce court! The home boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen, great room, formal dining room and bonus spaces including a TV room. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, you will never have to worry about not having enough space. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub and steam shower. This River Ridge Rentals home also offers a wood-burning fireplace, office space in the loft and a private hot tub for your enjoyment!

The Home Sweet Mountain Home Difference: All River Ridge Rentals properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Beautiful house! Loved the kitchen and how many people could be in there to cook. Loved the deck and looking out at the view to sit and relax. Property could use a small fan per bedroom there was only one. New batteries for TV remotes. Sound on greatroom TV would not adjust I did write a few more items on the sheet provided at check in that I think would have improved the stay. Overall, Beautiful location and planning on a return trip!

The house was perfect for our family getaway of 10 (2 grandparents, 2 families of 4; 2 teens). Lots of privacy for sleeping and bathrooms. Oddly, the pictures do not do the house justice - it was so much more spacious than they showed. Kitchen was VERY well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Double oven, huge range, two dishwashers - and an ENDLESS supply of glassware for every drink imaginable. Immaculately clean throughout...we rent vacation places often, and this may have been one of the cleanest we've seen.The deck is HUGE and very private. We spent quite a bit of time each morning and evening there. Some downsides: some beds were very soft, not great for those with back issues. Hot tub jets weren't working (not a big issue, but would have liked to use that more). We would definitely go back again - the neighborhood was wooded and very quiet, yet close to everything.

We stayed in Breck for the first time, with both of our sons and their families. Six adults and 5 kids, ages 2, 5, 5, 6, and 10. The house was well-equipped and had plenty of room for all of us. Loved the deck and enjoyed many meals out there along with an evening of s’mores Kids loved the hot tub. We were too tired to use it! Would highly recommend. Would have been helpful to have an instruction manual for the drawer dishwashers. And TVs/remotes, etc as well.

Excellent Location. Easy to book and to check in and out of. House could use some attention with regards to maintenance of faucets, toilets and the steam shower is clearly broken and has been for some time. Hot tub was clean, but needed more water to be added. I'd definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved Breckenridge and the property. It was located in the cutest neighborhood. I loved that we were spread out form our neighbors, but downtown is only a 5 minute drive. The home itself was gorgeous and had many amenities to make sure everyone was comfortable. The company was very helpful when the remote controlled blinds wouldn't work. They came right out and reprogrammed it. Our master room needed the blinds to raise to get the gorgeous view. My only complaint was the master bed sunk in and was uncomfortable. I hope it's replaced soon for the next guest.

House is beautiful & perfect location. We enjoyed our morning and evenings on the large deck sitting by the gas fire pit. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes and spices too. Hot tub was amazing and clean. Lots of space for everyone. Management company was very responsive and great to work with.

Very nice property. We were able to a group of adults ( including 4 couples and a single) and children of 14 and had sufficient space for all. Great view and easy to get from the house to all our destinations each day. Everything functioned well and they items provided for our use was really outstanding. Only isse we had were lack of screens on some windows and some windows would not crank open. We managed very well with the availability of the windows that would open and allow outside air during very warm periods of the day. I would rate the house A+ for a large group.

This was our first snow/ski trip as a family and we really enjoyed ourselves. The home felt exactly like home. Everyone had their own space, so we didn't feel like we were crowding each other. The kitchen!!! OMG the kitchen was amazing and had everything that we needed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and living room area. Excellent home, excellent host, excellent time!

This home is gorgeous. We had everything we needed and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was nice to prepare family meals in and it had everything that a full home kitchen has! I stayed in the king room on the upper level and the large tub with the jets was a very nice touch! Ultimate relaxation!! The views from the home were beautiful and we got to play outside in the snow! Excellent home, excellent stay!

The property was in a beautiful neighborhood and was very convenient to both downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. It was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the great hot tub off the deck. It was clean, well maintained and had amazing views. We would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen had plenty of space and took advantage of the hot tub and the and thing you can imagine but also

This home exceeded our expectations! Lots of room for everyone with high-end finishes, furnishings and linens. Everything worked! We spent lots of time on the deck! Close to town if you drive, but not so much if you are hoping to walk to Main Street. We would love to visit this home again!

Fantastic home in a quiet area close to everything. This home is large and spacious. We had eight in our group and could have easily had twice as many. The large professional kitchen is well stocked for most of your needs.The expansive deck and large hot tub make for plenty of opportunities to relax after a day of adventure in Summit County.Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely come again.

Fantastic well managed property that easily accommodates large families or groups. The home is warm cozy and inviting. Radiant heat flooring throughout is a special treat.The kitchen is fantastic for the chef among you and is stocked with most utensils that you will need. City Market (Kroger's) is just down the hill. Enjoy the large dining room or mammoth deck for your meals.Relax in the large hot tub after your hard days adventures.Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and plan to come back for a summer trip.

Uniquely cozy home; close to downtown and skiing!

We stayed at this gorgeous log-cabin during opening weekend and had a great time. The home is well-maintained and has a unique atmosphere that gives you the comfort of your own home. The balcony faces Breckenridge and has a perfect line of sight of Peak 9 (really pretty). The location is solid because you're minutes from downtown Breck and the ski resort, so going skiing or buying groceries and checking out the scene is a quick drive (or walk if you wanted to). It's also nice that you don't need to drive 10+ miles up a curvy mountain road to reach this cabin, which is a huge selling point when considering the safety of friends/family coming up. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend here and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time in our weekend stay at this beautiful log cabin! We have a lot of family members, so it was great being able to comfortably sleep everyone in their own bedrooms. It's perfectly quiet, so you don't hear traffic when you are on the enormous deck overlooking the forest. It was also neat to be able to see part of Breckenridge mountain as well! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub downstairs, which also overlooks all of the trees. The house has a big kitchen so it was super easy to cook in when we wanted to!

My family and I arrived on Monday and we couldn't have been more impressed! The house is incredibly spacious and sits on a large lot with plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to make all of our meals in house and we loved the open concept to the living room. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and my teenager especially loved the surround sound! 10/10 would recommend, especially to anyone who like to ski - the bus picks up just down the street and the mountain is just a few minutes away!

Enjoyable vacation. Perfect home for 10 adults. Extremely clean! Loved the floor plan. Large kitchen and hot tub were great. Kitchen has tons of features, i.e. drawer washers, ice maker, immediate hot water tap, two ovens, etc. Loved the steam shower in master bath! Beautiful views on back patio of Breck mountains.Only complaint would be radiant floor system runs very hot! All thermostats were turned as low as possible yet house stayed consistently above 76 degrees. Not a big deal. Didn't bother to call maintenance. Would rather be warm than cold!

We had a magnificent time.Everyone was excited to see 3 moose in the property's yard.Had a little difficulty operating the TVs. Greatful for wifi access.
